Lawperate is an online directory that allows members of the public to find and review lawyers practising in Jamaica. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or referrals. Nothing on this site constitutes a lawyer-client relationship.

3. Accuracy of Listings

Lawyer profiles on Lawperate are compiled from publicly available information, including the Jamaica Bar Association membership list. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. If you identify an error, please contact us at info@lawperate.com.

4. User Reviews

Reviews submitted by users are the opinions of those users and do not represent the views of Lawperate. You are solely responsible for the content of reviews you submit. By submitting a review you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not contain defamatory, offensive, or misleading content.

Lawperate reserves the right to remove any review that, in our reasonable opinion, violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Listing Removal

Lawyers who wish to be removed from this directory may submit a removal request via the form on their profile page. We will review all requests within 5 business days. Verified removal requests will be honoured promptly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Lawperate to submit false or malicious reviews, impersonate any person, engage in any unlawful activity, or interfere with the operation of the site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawperate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any content found here.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
